At Burrard Vacuums and Appliances we our clients privacy and security are extremely important.  We will not distribute any contact or payment information to any 3rd party for any reason.  We will not use your contact information to send you information or updates unless you specifically opted in to receive newsletters and flyers. Burrard Vacuums is completely PCI compliant, which means we follow strict protocols to protect all of our information.  Other than any information required to register your warranty purchase into our system, your payment details are never stored in our database!

Returns & Replacements

Our goal at Burrard Vacuums & Appliances is to provide a pleasant buying experience, which includes free shipping on orders over $99, as well as a consumer friendly return policy. Once you have received your order, if for any reason you are unhappy, we offer a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Please Read:

  • Items being returned or exchanged within the first thirty days - The customer assumes the responsibility for all shipping costs in returning items to our store, as well as initial shipping & handling fees. These fees will be subtracted from the refunded amount for all returns.
  • Items damaged or defective within the first thirty days - Burrard Vacuums & Appliances will assume the shipping costs for damaged or defective merchandise, unless stated differently on the website

 

Merchandise is to be returned in new condition with all original packaging, and all applicable manuals/materials. Please call us at (604)-738-8931 or toll free at 1 (866) 264-2624 (Monday through Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 & Saturday 10:00 am-5:00 pm PST), to obtain a return authorization number which will ensure quick and efficient processing of your refund or exchange. Please write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box or on a separate label, not on the actual product packaging. Please include your name, address and daytime phone number with return. Failure to obtain a return authorization could delay your refund/exchange/credit. Refunds may take 10 - 14 business days for processing. After 30 days, returns will be evaluated on an individual basis and restocking and shipping fees will apply.

 Per manufacturer´s warranty and dealer requirements, all Dyson items returned for any reason are subject to evaluation by Dyson. At their discretion, they will repair or replace product. Burrard Vacuums & Appliances is not authorized to replace defective merchandise prior to Dyson’s inspection.

 

Missing or Damaged Items

Upon receipt of your order, any missing or damaged item(s) must be communicated to Burrard Vacuums & Appliances by calling (604)-738-8931 or toll free at 1 (866) 264-2624 (Monday through Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm PST). Burrard Vacuums & Appliances assumes responsibility to ship missing or damaged items when notified within 14 days.

 

Defective Items

All defective items must be communicated to Burrard Vacuums & Appliances within 14 days by calling (604)-738-8931 or toll free at 1 (866) 264-2624 (Monday through Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm PST). After 14 days, it will be treated as a warranty, unless stated differently on the website

 

Burrard Vacuums & Appliances sells do-it-yourself products for the do-it-yourselfer. We offer unlimited tech support free of charge. However, Burrard Vacuums & Appliances will not be responsible for any labor incurred for the installation or troubleshooting of this product. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced, but Burrard Vacuums & Appliances cannot pay for in home repairs to the product.

 

Warranty Items

While parts and labor are covered under the warranty, processing and handling fees will apply for warranty work being shipped back and forth from our store. All items returned for warranty repair or replacement must obtain a return authorization number by calling (604)-738-8931 or toll free at 1 (866) 264-2624 (Monday through Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm PST), unless stated differently on the website. Return postage is at the customer´s expense. Special conditions may apply, but this is exclusively at the discretion of our management and/or any respective manufacturer(s) involved to determine this on a person to person basis.
